How it works...

When you click the 'download' button the following box will appear... you need to select 'Run'

It's possible that another, similar, box will then pop up and ask you for confirmation... if so, simply select 'Run' again.

Mozilla Firefox users...

Click 'Save File', which will open a browser window called 'downloads'.  In this window, select and click 'Open' on the file called v-Agent.exe

A small gray box should then appear in the center of your screen and your s4s support technician is ready to control your PC!
